Of all the places I’ve visited, Chile, Al-Andalus and Hong Kong compete for the top. Here are three reasons why I like Chile so much.
For one, because my very good friend Raul Campusano claims he works there

Thirdly, people in Chile appreciate me there for what I’m worth. Here’s a poster (hanging all over Santiago) from one of the universities where I spoke, obviously announcing my lecture.
